*Due to unforeseen problems with paint failure, we cannot give you a solid bid on surface preparation. You will work with your Project Manager to create a budget for your prep, and can direct him/her as to where you would like the team to focus their efforts.
EXT Paint will provide pictures and video of hard to see areas (such as on the roof) to inform you of additional problem areas. We know that homeowners are leery of time and material so we charge a discounted rate for all prep.
Early season prep rate: $35/hr | Normal painting rate: $65/hr.
